If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Grant Mortgage Solutions Team failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Grant Mortgage Solutions Team right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
