With over 16 years of experience at a major Chartered Bank, Rodney Mendes is the Founder and President of Grant Mortgage Solutions. With the customer being his main focus, he has provided mortgage solutions to thousands of customers during his career. As an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and licensed mortgage broker, doors start to open for all of his clients. His extensive partnerships with key stakeholders such as Realtors, Lawyers and Lenders, allow his clients to reap the benefits when applying for all kinds of mortgage financing.

With over 5 years in the mortgage industry, Liezl is our Credit Manager. As a licensed mortgage broker, she understands that it takes a mortgage professional to understand the various intricacies of the different lenders and mortgage products in today's marketplace. She understands that a customer's file does not end with the lender's commitment letter but continues well after a client's possession date. She has dedicated herself to ensure that every mortgage solution a client receives, it is one that they can trust.

With over 12 years of experience at a major Chartered Bank, Wendy is our Office Manager. She uses her skills as a licensed mortgage broker to guide Grant Mortgage Solutions through the variety of legal and marketing nuances in today's mortgage industry. Her focus is always the customer and ensuring Grant Mortgage Solutions continues to be the premier mortgage brand in Western Canada.
